A2: The Internet has revolutionized the way we communicate. Online learning offers flexibility in today’s fast-paced world. You can study and learn English at your own pace, in the comfort and convenience of your home or office.
Q3: Do I need to be familiar with computers?
Q4: What books must I purchase?
A4: None. All lessons are e-mailed to you as you progress throughout the course. Lessons are created using Microsoft PowerPoint and are converted to .PDF for printing purposes. If the lessons are in-person, please bring the necessary supplies for each assignment.
Q5: For your virtual lessons, what do I need to get started?
A5: All you need is a high-speed Internet connection, web-cam, microphone, e-mail account, Skype or Zoom account, quiet learning environment, and a desire to learn English.
Q6: What if I must cancel a lesson?
A6: If a lesson needs to be canceled, please notify your instructor 24 hours prior to the lesson. It is the responsibility of the student to reschedule. If this notice is not provided, then the student will lose the class with no refund.
Q7: What is included in the price?
A7: Prices include registration fees, initial assessment, your selected length of English lesson, progress reports, and your personalized English Blossoms textbook.
Q8: What happens if I experience technical problems?
A8: In the event that a class is missed due to technical problems, then the class will be rescheduled for free. If this happens multiple times, then the student will need to boost their internet speed. Additional backup options are recommended, including but not limited to: Messenger, FaceTime, WeChat, What'sApp, etc.
Q9: What can I do to enhance my learning experience?
A9: You will be encouraged to watch local and world news and television shows in English, watch favorite shows with English subtitles turned on, label household and office items in English, and practice speaking with family and friends in English.

A10: The more time you dedicate to learning English, the faster you will become proficient in the language, leading to more career opportunities and enriching experiences.
